Cecilia Medina Alcalde

Cecilia Medina Alcalde is a graduada social (Spanish labour relations adviser) specialising in employment advice and in equality and diversity in the workplace. She has experience drafting and filing submissions, handling all kinds of formalities with the Social Security authorities and preparing payslips and final settlements.

She previously worked both in the public sector, at Málaga City Council, where she took part in staff recruitment processes, and in the private sector, at several employment advisory firms in the province.

Since 2024 she has been part of Welllaw Abogados’ employment department, where she advises companies on the day-to-day management of their employment relationships, from hiring and changes to working conditions to terminations and dispute resolution.
