PROFFESIONAL
Emilio has ample experience in consulting and tax planning for national companies, international groups and assets. His knowledge of law and specialisation in tax and finance enabled him to lead and develop merger and acquisition operations, both nationally and internationally, transnational investments, reorganisations, to design structures for international groups and to spearhead family asset planning.
BACKGROUND
Before founding Welllaw Abogados, Emilio worked at prestigious national and international firms, such as KPMG Abogados as Fiscal Department Associate, Irwin Mitchell Abogados, where he was national manager for the Tax and Finance department, and Cremades & Calvo Sotelo, acting as Tax Department Manager for the Malaga office.
Emilio is a member of the following institutions:

With over ten years of experience leading mercantile departments at firms with recognised international prestige, Federico decided to undertake the creation of Welllaw as a new concept with a global, multi-disciplinary office.
Besides acting as a point of reference in company law and national and international contracting, Federico provides constant support and consulting services to family companies and their members.
BACKGROUND
Before founding Welllaw Abogados, Federico worked at prestigious national and international firms such as KPMG Abogados (2003 to 2008), Irwin Mitchell Abogados, where he was national manager of the corporate law department for six years (2008-2013) and Cremades & Calvo Sotelo, acting as manager for the Mercantile Department at the Malaga office (2013-2014).
